High School:

• Our High School Gymnastics classes are intended provide an off-season training center for our local athletes.  No matter if you're a Freshman, JV or Varsity team member!
• Classes are 2 hours long and can be taken up to 4 days a week.
• Our athletes hail from many schools in the area.  They include:

Glenbrook North, Glenbrook South, Highland Park, Deerfield, Hersey, Buffalo Grove, Mt. Prospect, Niles North, Niles West, New Trier, Wheeling, Maine (East, West, South), Vernon Hills, and Stevenson.
